Editing...

Camera: E-3
ISO: 400
Program: Manual
Aperture: f3.5
Shutter: 1/50
Focal length: 24mm (48mm equiv.)

Another night where I've realised to late I haven't taken my photo yet... I run out of inspiration when I need sleep. The computer screen looks really small there but it is absolutely MASSIVE. I love doing editing on it, I don't know how people cope with smaller screens!

Deranged Flower

Camera: E-3
ISO: 100
Program: Manual
Aperture: f22
Shutter: 13 seconds
Focal length: 12mm

I know this flower is totally deranged! And well done if you could even tell it was a flower, ha ha. The reason why this is so deranged is I couldn't find a small torch or anything, so I used a lighter. It kept going out, and I had to do it really slowly so it didn't go out from the movement, so I wasn't sure where to match up petals, ha ha.

March 11

Camera: E-3
ISO: 250
Program: Manual
Aperture: f5.6
Shutter: 20 seconds
Focal length: 12mm

Totally ran out of inspiration for today's photo!
This was done with my mobile phone because I couldn't find a torch! It was a PITA because the screen kept turning off halfway through writing.

Moon pony

Camera: E-1
ISO: 100
Program: Manual
Aperture: f8.0
Shutter: 5 seconds
Focal length: 56mm

Straight out of camera. I thought this cloud moving over the moon looked like a pony :D
Crappy pic of the day but I left it too late and it's all I've got for today.

Spooky

Camera: E-1
ISO: 100
Program: Manual
Aperture: f11
Shutter: 13 seconds
Focal length: 22mm
Handheld flash

This is straight from the camera apart from a crop to portrait orientation (shot landscape). I handheld a flash and fired it towards the end of the exposure. The image is a bit noisy on close inspection.

Fireworks from 2km

Camera: E-1
ISO: 100
Program: Manual
Aperture: f8.0
Shutter: 5.2 seconds
Pocal length: 54mm

Sooc. Don't think there is anything you can do to fireworks!
Our local show was on and I have about 50 shots of fireworks - couldn't choose so this one is pretty much picked at random. I think it looks quite interesting though.

Dodgems!

Camera: E-1
ISO: 800

Aperture: f3.2
Shutter: 1/125
Focal length: 92mm
No flash

Grainy as hell but I love it.

Eerie Flood Water

Camera: E-1
Program: Manual
ISO: 100
Aperture: f3.5
Shutter: 15 seconds
Focal length: 22mm

Gave this a cool tint and changed the light temperature in Lightroom. But this is pretty much how it looked sooc.
I had almost forgotten today's photo. I just happened to have the camera in the car when I was on my way home in the evening. I was almost home when I saw looked out the window and saw this scene then realised I hadn't taken a today's photo yet so I pulled over. Unfotunately I failed to capture what my eyes saw. Turned out spaz but it's all I have for today!

Friday, February 6, 2009

Camera: E-1
ISO: 100
Program: Manual
Aperture: f14
Shutter: 1/80
Focal length: 200mm

I cropped this square as I thought it suited it better, and converted it to black and white. I think it's interesting how you can see the debris lines from the crater.
It's probably the worst moon shot I've ever seen but I'll keep at it.

Camera: E-1
Program: Manual
ISO: 100
Aperture: f22
Shutter: 8 seconds
Focal length: 14mm
No flash

Just having a play with long exposures at dusk with this one. Upped the exposure of the house in Lightroom and added a graduated filter to decrease exposure of the sky.
Also boosted the greens as they were looking a bit sad and sorry.
Used tripod and shutter release cable obviously :D
