Rainbow

Camera: E-1
Program: Manual
ISO: 200
Aperture: f11.0
Shutter: 1/500
Focal length: 50mm (100mm equiv.)

I ran the adjustment brush in Lightroom over the rainbow to increase the saturation but now it looks a little dodgy. Didn't really need to either as it was already wonderfully vibrant. The E-1 produces the best colour with it's Kodak sensor. I <3 my E-1!

Today was Zara's birthday so what other photo would I post than her opening her alphabet photo book! She loves it and is absolutely stoked that everything in there is familiar.

E is for Easter Eggs

Camera: E-1
ISO: 100
Program: Aperture priority
Aperture: f3.3
Shutter: 1/250
Focal length: 117mm

Thought I would try selective colour here for something a little more interesting although I'm not really a fan of it. I used the adjustment brush in Lightroom to do it - would be quicker in Photoshop but the computer with PS on it is no more. Which is ok because I only ever used it once in a blue moon.
DOF is all wacky in this image - still not accustomed to just how shallow a DOF I can still achieve from quite a distance with my new 50-200mm.

Sisters

Camera: E-1
ISO: 400
Program: Aperture priority
Aperture: f3.5
Shutter: 1/250

Gave this a slight crop and straighten and used a preset (free download) called 'fancy snapshot' in Lightroom. Since using Lightroom I now like to edit every photo! I've probably gone a bit over the top - sometime you don't know if you've made things better or worse. Sometimes there's not a whole heap of difference.
Here is the sooc version of today's photo so you can see. Lacks a bit of contrast and "pop" I guess. Although it did look better before I uploaded here.

Camera: 1050SW
Program: Auto with underwater preset
ISO:80
Aperture: f4.0
Shutter speed: 1/640
Focal length: 6.7mm
No flash

I upped the exposure/brightness/contrast a little in iphoto.
Technically, not a great shot but I just love this - captured just at the perfect moment :)

Camera: 1050SW (p&s)
Program: Auto (plus underwater preset)
ISO: 80
Aperture: f4.5
Shutter: 1/640
Focal length: 6.7mm
No flash

Sooc (straight out of camera)
I thought this was cute. Just loving these underwater shots. They aren't easy though! I like this so much I'll probably take it over to Lightroom to enhance it.

Camera: 1050SW (p&s)
Program: Auto with exposure bias set at +0.3
ISO: 800
Aperture: f6.3
Shutter: 1/1000
Focal length: 6.7mm (That's what it's telling me?!)

I'd overexposed this quite a bit while mucking about with the settings so I decreased the exposure in iphoto.

Crap photo I know, but it's the one I liked best of the day. It's overexposed, out of focus, and the background leaves something to be desired, but I captured that expression of excitement on her face and that mid-air action so I love it!
